All animals are honestly represented, healthy, feeding, and sexed correctly unless otherwise agreed upon. BBR has taken great care and passion to establish a collection of the highest quality and are committed to providing the finest and healthiest reptiles available.
Sexing Policy
BBR offers a 100% guarantee that your animal has been correctly sexed. For the guarantee to be valid, we must be notified of any sexing error within seven days of receipt of the animal. If it turns out a mistake has been made and we are notified within seven days, BBR will remedy the error through one of the following options: (1) replace the animal like for like with one of the proper sex (if available), (2) issue a credit towards another animal, or (3) issue a full refund.
Health Guarantee
Each animal sold by BBR is guaranteed to be in 100% perfect health, unless otherwise agreed upon. BBR offer a seven day health guarantee on all reptiles sold. Should there be a problem, we must be notified promptly within the seven day period so that we can help remedy the situation (i.e. replacement, refund or veterinary assistance). Reptile health can deteriorate rapidly if kept in improper conditions. Because we have no control over how reptiles are kept once they leave our facility, we regrettably cannot offer a guarantee of longer than seven days. Should a problem arise after the seven day period, we are more than happy to help guide you to a solution and reserve the right to extend our health guarantee beyond the seven day period at our discretion.
Pricing
BBR offer competitive pricing based on approximate market value, quality and availability at the time of posting and is subject to change. Package pricing is available in some cases, so please contact us for details or with any questions. If you see something you like, please feel free to make an offer.
Payment Terms
Payment is to be made in full on collection or prior to shipping. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Personal Cheque, PayPal and Major Credit Cards through PayPal. If paying by Cheque, animals will not be shipped or available for collection until the payment has cleared our account. Please see the following for information on deposits and payment plans.
Deposits
Animals may be reserved with a 25% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, unless in the unlikely event we are unable to meet your order.
Payment Plans/Financing
Payment Plans and Financing options are available for animals costing 500GBP and up. Our standard payment plan spans three months and requires a 25% non-refundable deposit, followed by three equal payments of 25% each at approximately 30 day intervals. As always, depending on circumstances we reserve the right to be flexible on our standard payment plan and in most cases we are, provided you keep in touch with us and let us know where you stand in a pro-active manner. Animals reserved under a payment plan will be fed and maintained as usual with no extra charge.
Shipping
Domestic (UK) Shipping: Shipping within the UK is carried out via a 3rd Party Courier Service. Shipping is charged at a flat rate 50GBP per box within the UK Mainland, please inquire for more detailed information and trip planning.
International Shipping: International Orders are sent Air Freight only. There are several significant fees involved with international shipping, including the costs associated with obtaining CITES permits, Health Certificates and Shipping Costs). Because of the complexity of the international shipping process, our minimum order value for international business is 7,500GBP. Please contact us for further information regarding timing and process.
